Returns

You may return any item purchased from NovaGadgetVista within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging, including any seals or wrapping intact.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
